1. How long do the foods keep?
Our non-perishable foods have a best-before date indicated on each product. This date guarantees safety and quality up to that point. Many products are still edible after the date has passed, but should be consumed before it expires.
2. How quickly will my order be delivered?
Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. After shipping, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number, if available.
3. What are the shipping costs?
For an order value up to CHF 50.00 the shipping costs are CHF 9.90. If the order value is between CHF 50.00 and CHF 85.00, the shipping costs are reduced to CHF 6.90. For an order value of Shipping is free for you at CHF 85.00.
Shipping is available exclusively within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
4. Can I return products?
Under Swiss law, there is no general right to return food. Returns are only possible in the event of defects or incorrect delivery. Please check your delivery immediately and contact us promptly if there are any problems.
5. How can I pay?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and Twint. The available options are displayed at checkout.
6. Are our products safe and compliant with the law?
Yes, we comply with all requirements of Swiss food law. Our products are safe, correctly labelled, and sourced from reputable suppliers.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us immediately after receiving the goods with a description and, if possible, photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Do I need to observe any special storage conditions?
Yes, to ensure quality, always follow the storage instructions on the packaging, e.g. store in a cool, dry place.
9. Do you also deliver to the EU or abroad?
Our shipping is limited to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
